Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All Laga Salt orders are hand-packed in our Singapore facility within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

  • Standard delivery: 2–4 business days via SingPost / local courier.
  • Free shipping on Singapore orders over SGD 80.
  • Standard rate: SGD 4.90 flat for smaller orders.

International Shipping

Laga Salt ships worldwide. International transit times are typically 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and contents. For lost packages, we will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For pool industry, distributor, or bulk orders, please contact us directly to arrange shipping. Pallet and freight shipping is available worldwide.
